Stars Rule My World.

It is 8.30pm on a Tuesday night. This is the scene of a normal household on a normal day during a normal week.

Me jumping around and bouncing into the kitchen to make an amazing announcement.
Me: "I have just discovered the joy of folding paper stars!!"
Sis: "Didn't you use to do that when you were 5?"
Me looks at Sis, a little like, "Huh?"
Me: "Erm, yeah, but I have REDISCOVERED this joy!"
Me grins widely at Sis, waiting for her expression of lostness confusion to change into one of excitement over this matter.
Sis gives her "okay, if you say so..." kinda look.
Me gets ignored.

Just so to clarify: I do not have the mental age of a five-year-old, although I may occasionally claim so while in states of denial and delusion [no, it doesn't happen often]. Oh, and DO NOT BELIEVE THOSE ONLINE QUIZZES THAT ATTEMPT TO DISCERN YOUR MENTAL AGE. They all claim that mine is that of a 5- or 10-year-old. Everyone knows that's not true! Given the fact that they all know I'm one of the most mature [behaviour-wise] 16-year-olds they've ever met.

Okay, back to my original topic. Folding paper stars is fun! Everyone must try it some time. I don't care if you've already done it when you were 5; TRY IT AGAIN. Then you will learn to love it like I do (:

I know I was about to write something else, but I just can't remember what it is...

Oh well. Here's another reason why you should learn to FOLD PAPER STARS. They're pretty! And colourful! And really pretty! And... erm, here, you can see for yourself :D
