A Random Post Of Random-ness

After reading jer's post, I just realised I have something to add! [sorry, delayed response]

That day of clean up in class - which I think was a Friday, if I'm not mistaken - resulted in an amusing exchange of comments between the teacher checking on the cleanliness of our class, and one or two of our classmates.

Mr Yeoh passes his hand over a random shelf which has been untouched by human hands since the start of the year - only by the stacks of Chinese news papers which we throw out every month - and exclaims, "Look, it's so dirty! My hands are all black."
Classmate 1 protests, "But you're using the same hand to wipe over everything!"
The class chairperson, gesturing at the room in general, points out, "Well, we arranged our tables all so neatly! See, SO STRAIGHT."
Mr Yeoh goes, "Yeah, don't worry, we're all straight here."
Classmate 2 grins, and raises her eyebrows, "Are you sure?"

LOL.

And yeahh, the CRPP surveys were so fun with jer sitting next to me doing her English paper and me with my Math. It's supposed to be a random thing, but EVERY YEAR they give me Math to do! What's the probability of getting it 4 years in a row? I bet they intentionally picked me so I would suffer.
And there was a question asking what 6.77 + [insert number here] x 10^8 is equals to, or something to that effect. I think this was where I went, "What the hell? I need a calculator!" and jer just laughed at me struggling with question no. 6 - after which I really shouldn't say anything more, considering I don't remember seeing the rest of the paper anyway. (:

Yes that's the first smiley in a really long time. I think. Gosh, my memory's failing me. I must be getting old; or maybe just sleepy.

Pray, pray really hard that I didn't mess up the papers we're getting back tomorrow!!!! I mean, today.
